I founded Paleo Magazine in 2011. During the first five years or so, we went through multiple subscription membership companies and had the same experience with all of them – horrible. Problems ranged from clunky, hard to use systems, to lack of attention from their developers, to systems that simply didn’t deliver on their promises and didn’t work for PaleoMagOnline.com.

Thankfully, in 2016, I stumbled on Subscription DNA. The owner, Kevin, was attentive, responsive, and explained their platform in an easy to understand format. The move to Subscription DNA was seamless, on time, and on budget. Kevin and the folks at SubDNA are always accessible, quick to respond, and have done an excellent job at helping us streamline our subscription process while adding custom functionality no one else was able to deliver. There hasn’t been a project or request we’ve thrown at Kevin and his team that they haven’t been able to complete quickly and at a reasonable rate.
